The purpose for creating the Gospel Families is to unify and bring our members closer together, to share and fellowship with each other.
This is done by separating the church members into one of the four Gospel Families: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. The Gospel Families meet monthly and have activities that will include every member of their group. Once a year each Gospel Family sponsors a church-wide event for the church as a whole.
Each gospel family consist of ministers and deacons. They will assist in any concerns the members have. If and when there is an illness, death, or any other problems, the deacons or ministers should be the first line of contact. They will in turn pass the information on to the appropriate personnel.
The Matthew Family
The Matthew Family meets the 2nd Monday of each month.
