Salvation is a gift from God that is  offered to everyone.  Romans 10:9-10 gives us percise instructions on how to receive the gift of eternal life.  "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."  This gift of salvation cannot be earned by being a “good person” or through good deeds.  It is a matter of faith; one must believe, repent of their sins, and confess the Lord Jesus Christ.

If you want to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you can pray the following prayer at this very moment:

Lord, I know that I have sinned before you.  I understand that death is the penalty for my sins.  I believe that Jesus Christ paid the price for my sins and the sins of the world with His blood on Calvary. I want to turn away from my sinful life; I repent. I confess Jesus Christ as my Savior and I surrender to Him as my Lord.  This I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.
